SHIPPING METHODS AND PRICES
Shipping terms in short:
1. We will ship the products from our warehouse within 1-7 business days of ordering. If the delivery time is longer, we will try to announce it either in the information bar at the top of the site or in the shopping cart, so you can note the longer shipping time before you order. Please note section 2 for pre-order conditions. The actual time of shipment (the time it takes for the package to reach its destination) is always dependant on the selected shipping method as well as your location. Usually it takes anywhere from 5 to 20 days for our shipments to reach their destination.
2. Pre-order conditions: The estimated delivery time of pre-order-products are always indicated in the product information: for example, 05/2021 means that the product will be shipped from our warehouse by the end of May 2021. If you order other products at the same time, we will deliver the other products to you separately immediately, and the pre-order product later.
3. Before you return a product, please contact either email@example.com or via our Chat service (open Mon-Fri 10-17 / 10 AM to 5 PM) and we will send you instructions as well as the estimated price of the return. The return price is the same as the original shipping price: for example, if your delivery cost originally totaled at 19,90 €, the return cost will be 19,90 €.
Most products can be returned within 21 days of you receiving the shipment. If you wish to return the products on the basis of the 21-day period, we will charge a handling fee ranging from 6.90 € to 69.90 € for the return. Please note, that return costs vary depending on your location. You may read the full terms for returns below on paragraph 5. (Returns) Also note, that the expenses due to returning a package for an example to a postal office will be addressed to you as per our return policy.

5.MWEBSTORE.COM is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented or delayed due to a circumstance beyond the control of the MWEBSTORE.COM online store, such as war, natural disasters, export or import basn, official decisions, disruption of public transport or other similar events that complicate the operations of MWEBSTORE.COM.
6. MWEBSTORE.COM reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where there has been a clear human error in the pricing or if the pricing error is due to, for example, a technical problem in the online store. We also reserve full rights to adjust our pricing, delivery times and other terms.
Delivery terms, extensive description:
1. Customer information
When ordering, the customer must state the following information: name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number. The person in the customer information must be the legal owner of the debit / credit card, debit card, payment account or mobile payment used for the purchase transaction. Customer information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Learn more from our privacy statement.
2. Price and product information
The price shown in the online store will be the one charged at the time of ordering. The price can be seen in the shopping cart before the checkout and after the order in the order confirmation sent to your e-mail. You can also see your electronical receipt by following the link in the order confirmation e-mail. If the price stated in the online store is incorrect due to an obvious human error or other error such as technical, then this incorrect price is not binding to MWEBSTORE.COM
MWEBSTORE.COM is subject to change its pricing without notice. The revised prices apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the price change.
In addition to the price of the product, delivery costs will be charged according to the chosen shipping method. Charged delivery costs are shown in the checkout page, and the price will be updated according to the chosen shipping method as well as the total sum of the order.
3. Delivery times, delivery methods and delivery fees
We ship products from our warehouse according to the delivery time stated on the product card (e.g. 1-3 days, but may vary depending on the product and your location). However, delivery may be delayed, in which case we will attempt to notify you either in the info bar at the top of the site or in the information text visible in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the operation of your chosen courier on their behalf and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please not that the actual delivery time (the time for the package to reach its destination) always depends on your location and the chosen delivery method.

PostNord MyPack Collect
PostNord (or its local partner) delivers your shipment to the PostNord pick-up point of your choice within approximately 5 to 20 working days after the initial shipment. You will receive an arrival notification via SMS, email or letter when the package is available for pick-up. Delivery cost is 9.90 €
DHL Express delivers shipments directly to your door or the chosen pick-up point in an environmentally friendly way by using the GoGreen service. The DHL Express On Demand Delivery service allows you to be notified of the delivery date and you can change the delivery to be picked up from a chosen delivery point instead of receiving the shipment directly to your door.
Please note that the shipping and return fees of using DHL Express vary between your location and the weight of the package. The return fee is always the same as the delivery fee.

Product exchanges are also subject to these costs. If the product is defective or broken, we will refund the price of the product or send a new product to replace it. If, on the other hand, you received the wrong product, you may return the product to us free-of-charge and we will replace the product with the correct one. If you fail to collect or receive your order and it is returned to us by the courier, we charge a processing fee equal of the shipping fee before returning the prioce. Please note that we do not offer exchange or return rights for Outlet-products, products with a short date, underwear, swimwear or opened supplements or foods and beverages. To be eligible for a return, a product must be clean and in perfect condition, all the badges and tags need to be still attached, there can be no hair or make-up stains, seals on nutrients must be unopened, etc.

8. Force majeure
Force majeure is a circumstance beyond the control of the parties, which prevents or unreasonably impedes the proper performance of the contract. Force majeure can be any event such as general or local labor disputes, exceptional natural disasters, fire, war, mobilization, rebellion, currency constraints or restrictions on energy supply.

9. Possible disputes
If a dispute concerning this agreement cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, you, as a consumer, can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, you must contact the Finnish Consumer Advice Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). As a consumer, you also have access to the online dispute resolution forum (https://ec.europa.eu/odr) run by the European Commission.

Payment Service Provider: Paytrail
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

The online store (MWEBSTORE.COM) acts as a marketer of products and services and as the supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.
Credit card payments:
You can pay online with various credit cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail acts as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment directly to the merchant (MWEBSTORE.COM). Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in any e-commerce systems.
